Long ago, Jesus issued a marvelously gracious invitation to follow Him. With those 2 words, He calls everyone to come and be his disciple. Looking at the words of Jesus, we are learning what he means when he calls us to follow him. As disciples, we are called to bring good into other people’s lives. To that end, we are so excited to continue an amazing opportunity to do that through our annual Miracles.
Once again, the entire month of November will be A Miracle of Giving! With the four weeks of November dedicated to the Miracles, we will be able to make a greater impact on the growing needs of our community.
The Miracles will serve children and families in the Mid-Ohio Valley through three different giving opportunities: coats, food, and winter wear. We will be collecting items for the entire month.
Blessing area school children
We will be collecting coats for school-age children. Starting October 27, you can sponsor a coat(s) from our Coat Trees in the Worship Center and Welcome Center. The specific needs will be on the trees listed by gender and size.
Wood County children and their parents will be invited to come to North on November 30 from 1-3pm to select a new warm coat and receive a special treat.
*Children must be present to try on the coat.

We will be collecting food and personal hygiene items to be used to bless 60 area families. Each family will receive 2 food bags of non-perishable items and 1 insulated cooling bag with perishable items. The bags will also include recipes using some of the items to make their holiday meals special!
